The site follows the actual 10.03-second master and maps the treatment’s chapter percentages proportionally. A seek-optimized web derivative preserves the 1080p/60 fps picture while shortening keyframe intervals; the untouched master remains archived. The original 14-second wording is preserved below as source documentation.
Reconstruction prompt
Design derivation
The opening fibre field forces an ivory reading surface and sparse typography. Coral is not a button color applied after the fact; it is the pigment that carries the film from matter into image.
Emerald arrives through foliage and becomes lacquered joinery, so it owns the architectural dark field. Gold remains a registration rule and optical highlight. The chapter rail borrows from print alignment rather than a generic progress component.
Italiana echoes the engraved crane line in upright display form. Afacad keeps chapter text compact and readable over motion. Copy fields move according to negative space in the film rather than alternating on a template.

It begins with the grain.
The opening stays deliberately quiet. Paper texture and wet coral pigment provide the first proof that this collection begins as a physical object, not a flat digital surface.

Drawn to refuse the ordinary.
The crane is treated as a drawn construction throughout. Depth clarifies the illustration’s making without turning the artwork into a realistic animal scene.

Every wall contains a wilderness.
The centre of the film gets the least interface coverage. Layered parallax and the running cat carry the eye forward while every motif remains visibly part of one repeating printed world.

Registration is the quiet technical climax. The page echoes it with rules, aligned metadata and chapter marks rather than decorative interface chrome.

Change the room’s character.
The room reveal is the portfolio proof: the repeat survives scale, corners, changing light and a coordinated second wall without surrendering its character.

Architecture
The DOM remains the state boundary. Controllers expose mount and destroy hooks around HTMX swaps, so ScrollTriggers, frame callbacks, listeners and Lenis instances do not duplicate.
PWA strategy
- InstallableManifest, standalone display, themed icons, app shortcuts and iOS metadata.
- Document resilientNetwork-first HTML falls back to cached documents or a complete offline page.
- HTMX awareRequests carrying HX-Request receive a cached fragment or an inline offline fragment—never a nested document shell.
- Media consciousRuntime media caching supports byte-range responses when a full cached film is available.
- Lifecycle safeskipWaiting and clientsClaim activate updates without leaving stale interface controllers behind.
